- Delicate and persistent perlage; straw yellow colour with pleasant luminous and golden reflections; intense, very elegant bouquet with notes of wood, toasted bread, spices, tobacco and hay. On palate it shows a good body and it's sapid, extremely rich and persistent.

- Excellent as a pre-meal drink, it goes very well with starters, fish and shellfish, white meat. The structure of this Metodo Classico allows you to try the most daring pairings.
